About Me
Hi, my name is Zach Sousa, and I am the owner of Anatomy Coffee Co. Growing up in the PNW, my love for specialty coffee comes as no surprise. In 2021, my passion for coffee really started to go into full effect. I began to immerse myself in the full third-wave coffee world by learning as much as I could. Whether that was through YouTube videos, TikTok's, or reading books and articles, I knew this was something that I was passionate about. Fast forward to late 2022/early 2023, I found myself so dedicated to perfecting this craft and wanting to show people what this world of specialty coffee entailed, I had the wild idea of starting this coffee catering business. Why Anatomy? I had been working in the medical field for the past three years and grew fond of the study of anatomy and physiology. With that in mind, it was almost a no-brainer not to name my coffee business after a science that I admire. I hope my passion for coffee reflects and is illustrated in every cup that you drink.
